For an eligible completed PC Express order fulfilled by a Real Canadian Superstore in Ontario, gather the final order details and current competitor evidence, then submit an item-by-item request within 48 hours of receiving the order. Support approval is required.
Real Canadian Superstore’s help page, last updated June 1, 2026, says PC Express ad-match requests are currently available only at Real Canadian Superstore Ontario and Maxi locations. This guide covers the Ontario Superstore process.
Prepare the request from the final receipt
Use the completed order, not the cart you expected to receive. The final record shows substitutions, missing items, actual quantities, weighted prices, and the amount charged.
Before doing any competitor research, remove products that were not fulfilled. Then start with the higher-priced items where a valid difference would justify the work.
Write one clear line per item
A reviewer should be able to answer four questions from each line:
- Which item was in the order?
- What price did you pay?
- Which competitor advertised the lower price?
- Where can the offer and exact product be verified?
Replace every placeholder and remove any line that relies on a different package, expired promotion, distant store, or restricted offer.
Attach evidence that can stand on its own
A product screenshot should show more than the price. Include the product name, size, competitor, offer dates where available, and enough context to identify the location or flyer region. A direct link is useful, but links can change after a promotion ends, so preserve a screenshot as well.
For more detail, see what information to include in a price match request.
Follow the current support form path
The current Real Canadian Superstore ad-match instructions give this route:
- Select Contact Us at the bottom of the page.
- Choose Email Us.
- Select PC Express as the reason for contacting support.
- Select Product Information / Pricing as the issue.
- Select How do I make an ad match request as the issue details.
Submit within 48 hours of receiving the order. Save the ticket number, confirmation email, screenshots, and the exact text submitted. Superstore says its Customer Support team responds within 2–4 business days.
The competitor must be approved for the location that fulfilled the order. The public help page does not list those competitors, so contact the local store if you need to confirm one before submitting.
If the request is rejected, compare the reason with the evidence before replying. A rejected request is not always worth resubmitting, especially when the products or offer terms do not match.
Approval still belongs to support
Good formatting cannot turn an ineligible offer into an eligible one. It can make a valid comparison easier to assess. Keep the request factual, use current evidence, and defer to the official decision.
The Ontario policy guide covers the broader item, offer, and competitor checks, and the Canada-wide guide covers how this fits with other banners.
